Our preconstruction and planning services are aimed at improving the overall project while assisting clients in finalizing their project scope, budget and schedule. Site location and evaluation analysis is used to evaluate the project's civil and/or site work requirements. A value engineering review of the building components, selected materials, and construction procedures is applied in order to maximize building integrity while reducing costs on a short-term and/or long-term basis. Value engineering is not a cost-cutting exercise, but an analysis of functions in order to achieve greater value for the owner. A master project schedule and individual schedules for each construction package are developed in order to optimize construction sequencing. Estimating services range from order of magnitude to final construction budget and offer ever-increasing degrees of accuracy as the planning and evaluation phase of the project is completed.
Construction services range from turnkey general contracting, to project recovery, to specific task order. A few of the specialties we offer include demolition, excavation, civil and site-work, underground piping and drainage, foundation work, structural, pre-stressed, pre-cast, and civil concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Our full range of contracting options serve a variety of clientele including municipal, federal and state governments, as well as the private sector. Through construction management, design build and negotiated contracts, we are able to offer our clients maximum flexibility and cost savings. Our affiliate design professionals work with us to deliver aesthetically pleasing, high functioning design for the best value.
Throughout the construction process, senior management, project managers, field supervisors, and all other support personnel work together as a team to monitor the project's safety, quality, and maximum cost effectiveness.
