At J.C. Duke & Associates, the safety of our employees is considered the most vital aspect of our operations. Through compliance with OSHA requirements, written safety procedures, and safety training and development for our employees, we continuously strive for a safe and hazard-free working environment.
We employ a full time safety manager who updates policies and procedures, conducts site inspections, and coordinates new-hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs. Weekly safety training sessions are a vital part of this process.
A substance abuse policy further contributes to a safe and healthy working environment. All new employees must pass initial drug screening and all employees are subject to periodic screening and swift disciplinary action for non-compliance.
